The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has issued a statement claiming that its chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Nur Ismal Mohd Kamal was misquoted in a report saying that SPAD would have preferred the proposed high-speed rail link (HSR) between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to terminate in Johor Baru, TODAY Online reported.
