Politicians and individuals with vested interest are allegedly involved in selling tenders for projects worth up to hundreds of millions of ringgit, Utusan Online reported.
However, they cannot be prosecuted under current laws, a source from the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) told the Umno-owned news portal.
