Bursa Malaysia was lower mid-morning today dragged by declining West Texas Intermediate crude oil prices which is revolving around US$45 (RM173)per barrel, dealers said.
A dealer told Bernama that the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) output had peaked to the highest monthly level since July.
