Former Perlis executive councillor Datuk Loh Yoon Foo, 70, died yesterday morning at the Ampang Hospital, Selangor.
According to his wife, Datin Ong Kim Leng, 67, her husband died at about 5.55am at the hospital where he had been treated since a month ago.
Ong and the couple's children were at his bedside when he died.
