Bumi Armada Bhd's wholly-owned unit, Armada Kraken Pte Ltd, has secured a syndicated term loan facility and a standby letter of credit facility of US$755 million (RM2.88 billion).
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the offshore supply vessel provider said the facility was, to among others, refinance the existing bridge loan obtained in 2014.
